Dr.Tejinder Singh
Tejinder is an entrepreneur and internet visionary and is founder of 360-nautica. With over 25 years of experience in inception & turn around of many ventures in Back-office, voice, non-voice, E-BPO, Tech, ITES, B2C, E-Commerce, Ticketing & many other projects. He has been responsible to set up BPO+, Q-Tickets, Qatar Day, 360-WiFi, Atpik, 360 Bytes & 360 Nautica. He has been responsible to generate employment for more than 9000 people in GCC till date.
He is also a Board Member: EO Qatar Chapter (Entrepreneurs’ Organization) & on board of IBPN Board (Indian Embassy Qatar Chapter) and has been listed by Forbes as a Business Leader in Middle East for three consecutive years between 2014 and 2016. Amongst many other numerous awards and appreciations, he has to his credit a special mention by ID world Congress in Milan, Italy and Entrepreneur of the year 2016 award by ITP.
He actively participates in mentoring, advising and investing in startups across India & Middle East.

Aarti Mahajan
Aarti Mahajan is the Co Founder & COO at BPO+ and is responsible for Sales strategy and business development. In addition to this, she is a global sourcing leader to help drive cost optimization through leveraged buying globally, supplier integration, commercial channel simplification, smarter negotiations and contracting. She has also been responsible to set up the largest e-ticketing platform in GCC region, Q-Tickets and has delivered mega events like Pakistan Super League in 2017.
She advises startups on business operations and strategy.
Manik Kinra
Manik is the Co Founder at Pin Click which is a technology platform with strong offline integration providing managed rental solutions for both shared & family homes and property advisory solutions for your new home requirements. Prior to starting Pin Click, Manik Co Founded India’s first and largest creative crowdsourcing platform, Jade Magnet, with focus on SMEs requirements in the marketing space. Jade Magnet in its four years went on to become one of India’s hottest startups (Business Today 2010) with awards like NASSCOM Emerge 50 in 201, Manthan most innovative digital enterprise in 2011, Most innovative startup at Global Technology Summit in Palo Alto in 2011. Jade Magnet further went on to be published as a case study in Harvard Business Review in 2017.
Prior to his entrepreneurial journey, Manik used to be part of the financial services sales for CSC, EMEA and was based out of their head office in Aldershot.
